Workshops
Location: Confirm the location with the workshop coordinator upon registration.
Time: Please confirm the actual time of the session with the workshop coordinator upon
registration.
Enrollment: The enrolment is a maximum of 12 people per workshop unless otherwise specified.
Once the maximum number is reached, additional names will be placed on
“stand-by” which will indicate to us that another session should be added.
Worshop Fee: $35 for members and $40 for non-members. The fee is to be paid at the time of
registration either in cash or by cheque to CTQG. Note that registration is
complete upon payment.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that once registered, there are no refunds if a participant is
unable to attend. If a participant is unable to attend, a replacement can be
sent. If this is not possible, communicate with the workshop coordinator to let
her know.
A workshop that fails to attract a minimum number of participants may be
cancelled and the money will be refunded.
Experience: Participants are expected to have a basic knowledge of the operation of their
sewing machine. Each workshop will vary as to the degree of experience needed.
The workshop coordinators or the teacher will be happy to advise you on this.
